Although the current voter registration forms state that you must register 30 days prior to election day, under new voting laws, you can register up to 21 days prior to election day. Please continue to check this site for updates prior to election day. Next election date will be posted as soon as it is announced.
 
New laws now allow voting by Mail Ballot for any reason.
 
A voter may apply for a Vote by Mail ballot by mail up to 7 days prior to the election or in person at the County Clerk’s Office, Bayard Street, New Brunswick, not later than 3:00 p.m. the day before the election.
 
A voter’s actual Vote by Mail Ballot must be received at the County Clerk’s Office in New Brunswick not later than the close of polls on Election Day.
