About:
In general music class students have the opportunity to learn basic music concepts, style periods, genre and basic fundamentals of music. They may learn how to play basic piano or recorder. Students may also create their own compositions thru music writing and with the use of technology, and software such as Garage Band.
MCGINNIS CHORALE
The McGinnis Chorale is our school chorus which sings and performs at various events including; Perth Amboy Christmas Tree Lighting, McGinnis School Spring and Winter Concerts, McGinnis School Graduation and various assemblies and school events throughout the school year. It helps build confidence and nurtures our students musical talents thru group and solo performance.
